New Business
The club is going broke. We need to come up with
new revenue streams. With our current model we
won’t be able to keep our leases in two years.
We need to brainstorm and move forward on some
ideas to bring in more money.
New Income Options
Ideas were discussed from historic Walking tours
of the properties, day visits: $30 a day/person,
Weekend Friday 4pm – Sunday 6pm $85 (family),
Weekly 7 days/6 nights – $200, Yearly Member
ship.
Concerns were expressed about trash, visitors not
following the rules, and having the “public” coming
onto the property where members have their
Mining equipment stored.
Bingo before meetings
Need to create updated flyers advertising
the club to put out at Crisson, Consolidated
welcome centers, hotels, etc
Maybe a sign at Crisson
Get out in the community – Bear on the
Square
